Welcome to Barend!

Our on-site reception team look forward to greeting you. We’re here from 9-5 Monday to Saturday and most Sundays during school holidays. From here you can collect your keys and golf pass on arrival. We have a wealth of information on local attractions to help plan your holiday. All of us live locally and we have a wealth of knowledge about the local area between us.

There’s no big head office; all our team work directly from reception, so you know when you speak to us, you’re chatting to a local with great knowledge of the area. Unlike many self catering properties, we have an onsite maintenance and cleaning team, just to look after the chalets at Barend. So if you have any questions or something breaks whilst you’re here, please let us know and we can get it fixed or sorted for you!

Our of hours we have an emergency phone (you’ll get the contact details in your booking emails). This is turned on between 8am and 10pm (we need to sleep a bit too!) to help if something like a fuse blows, or your heating isn’t coming on. Between 10pm and 8am if you have a major emergency please phone 999, otherwise we’ll help as soon as we can.

To find out more, or apply for a job please contact us at info@barendholidaylodges.uk. We look forward to hearing from you.
