Enjoy a great getaway this February Half Term, Easter or during our quieter weeks! With breaks starting from just £300 there isn’t a better way to step into Spring.

The South of Scotland and Solway Coast are the perfect places to enjoy Spring. Crisp, clear mornings offer stunning views of the Lake District. Quiet beaches, walks through frosty forests followed by a warm drink in front of the fire in The Beagle. (Don’t forget if you book directly you receive a complimentary £25 voucher for The Beagle!)

Spring at Barend

Barend is open all year round so you can stay whenever suits you. Spring is a wonderful time of year to explore Dumfries and Galloway. Midweek breaks start from £300 for 6 nights for 2 people in our basic accommodation. For more of a treat, 5 nights in a 4* lodge or cottage start from £400. Both include use of the newly renovated swimming pool and a £25 voucher for the Beagle.

As the snow drops and daffodils start to poke out, February Half Term approaches. We have limited availability remaining and suggest booking quickly. Seven nights for 4 people starts from £500 in our superior 3 star lodges. Three nights for 4 people starts from £325 in our superior cabins.

Spring into Easter!

Easter falls on the 1st April this year. As usual the pub will be putting on entertainment for the whole family. Children receive free quality chocolates for all Easter Bookings. Many of the region’s entertainment and tourist attractions open at the time, so it’s a great escape with all the family.

Prices start from £835 for 4 people for a week in a 3 star property. (Cheaper properties are available for 5 and 6 nights). Please note our minimum stay is 5 nights at this time. We only have 2 lodges remaining for the first full week of Easter so we recommend booking quickly!
