- The private balcony, with seating is accessed via doors from the living area.

- Gas hob and electric oven, integrated under counter fridge and freezer , dishwasher, microwave, slow cooker, kettle and toaster.
- A full range of cooking utensils, crockery, glassware and cutlery is provided.
- The kitchen is extended into the dining area to give more space and additional cupboard space.
- This kitchen is well equipped for children, with plates, cups and cutlery (which could be used on picnics) making it ideal for families.
- A double bed, dressed in quality bedding awaits.
- With bedside lighting, bedside cupboards, a hairdryer and wardrobe space there is everything you need for a great night’s sleep.
- Please note this room contains the boiler in a locked cupboard.
- The main bathroom features a shower over the bath, toilet and hand wash basin.
- Attention to detail includes a small heated towel rail, mirror with shaver light and wet-wall throughout.

- The stairs open directly into the open plan room. This spacious room comfortably sleeps two people in single beds.
- This room has its own personal balcony with seating, offering fantastic views of the loch.
- The open plan room offers ease of use with black out curtains.
- This room also offers a TV/ chill out area with comfortable sofa, great for kids.
- This bedroom is accessed via the open plan room.
- A double bed with bedside tables, lamps and charging points.
- For added convenience this room also includes a chest of drawers, wardrobe mirror, hairdryer, and black out curtains.
- This room also boasts an ensuite with toilet and sink. For convenience this room also has a small radiator.
Outside
Lodge is set within Barend Holiday Village; a stunning 22 acre site, where you are welcome to wander through the grounds, play on the grass and observe the wildlife around the loch.
There is parking for 2 cars directly outside the lodge (please don’t park on the grass!).
Accessibility
There is a gravel level entry with two steps up to the front door.This property has a downstairs bedroom and downstairs bathroom with walk-in shower, which may be accessible for people with reduced mobility.

At Barend Holiday Lodges we understand the importance of family time, but also how difficult it can be packing everything! That’s why our holiday homes offer plenty of amenities to make your life easier. This property has the following as standard:

- Travel cot (please note you’ll need your own bedding - we realise every parent has their own preference)
All our holiday homes are privately owned, many of them by families, and they often come with books, toys and games to entertain everyone. The fibre broadband is fast enough to stream films and we have a great selection of DVDs in reception to borrow. If you’re looking for days out, check our page on family days out. The upstairs bedroom has a small area for the kids to chill out, including an additional TV and sofa.
Change Over Notes
We welcome arrivals every day of the week at Barend (with a few exceptions around Christmas and New Year). Arrivals are from 4pm and we kindly request guests to depart by 10am in order for our cleaning team to get the cabins ready for the next guests. Thank you!
