- With ample space for hanging coats and storing shoes; plus a cupboard containing useful amenities such as an ironing board and vacuum cleaner. The freezer is located in this cupboard.
- The spacious living and dining area invites you in. Comfortably seating 6 people with a dining table and comfortable sofas, TV with DVD player and DVDs; this room is great for families and groups alike. The living-dining area is carpeted.
- The private extended, glass-fronted balcony, with seating, is accessed via doors from the living area.
- A fully-equipped kitchen with:
- Electric hob and double oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and toaster, (a freezer can be foundin the hallway cupboard),
- Lavazza coffee machine
- A full range of cooking utensils, crockery, glassware and cutlery is provided.
- The kitchen maintains the original footprint for those who prefer to keep the kitchen and living areas more separated.
- Additionally Lodge 27 has a Welsh dresser in the dining area offering further kitchen options.
- A king bed, dressed in quality bedding, awaits. With bedside lighting, bedside cupboards, and wardrobe space there is everything you need for a great night’s sleep.
- Please note this bedroom contains the boiler in a cupboard.
- The main bathroom features a shower over the bath, toilet and hand wash basin.
- Attention to detail includes a large towel rail, mirror, and ample space for toiletries. The room is heated by a radiator and towel rail.
Open Plan Bedroom
- The stairs (with stairgate) open directly into the open plan room. This spacious room comfortably sleeps 2 people in single beds. Each bed has access to a bedside cabinet and lamp.
- Easily storing suitcases and bags, this room also offers a chest of drawers for clothes and a chest of children's games.
- This room has its own personal balcony (with seating), offering fantastic views of the loch.
- This bedroom is accessed via the open plan room.
- A king size bed with bedside tables and lamps.
- For added convenience this room also includes a chest of drawers, mirror, and hairdryer.
- Lodge 27 has converted the wardrobe into a walk in shower. The clever use of space includes a small changing area, walk in shower and shelf.
- This room also boasts an ensuite with toilet and sink.

Lodge 27 is set within Barend Holiday Village; a stunning 22 acre site, where you are welcome to wander through the grounds, play on the grass and observe the wildlife around the loch.
There is parking for 2 cars directly outside the lodge (please don’t park on the grass!).

At Barend Holiday Lodges we understand the importance of family time, but also how difficult it can be packing everything! That’s why our holiday homes offer plenty of amenities to make your life easier. This property has the following as standard:

All our holiday homes are privately owned, many of them by families, and they often come with books, toys and games to entertain everyone. Change Over Notes
We welcome arrivals every day of the week at Barend (with a few exceptions around Christmas and New Year). Arrivals are from 4pm and we kindly request guests to depart by 10am in order for our cleaning team to get the cabins ready for the next guests. Thank you!
