GROUND FLOOR
Hallway
- With ample space for hanging coats and storing shoes; plus a cupboard containing useful amenities such as an ironing board and vacuum cleaner. Lodge 43 also has golf clubs, kids beach toys, deck chairs and parasol here!
Living & Dining Area
- The spacious living and dining area invites you in. Comfortably seating 8 people with a dining table and comfortable sofas, Smart TV and Amazon firestick this room is great for families and groups alike.
- The living-dining area is carpeted. A corner sofa makes excellent use of the space.
- Lodge 43 boasts a large picture window to benefit from the views whatever the weather!
- The private balcony with seating is accessed via doors from the living area.
Kitchen
- A fully-equipped kitchen with:
- Induction hob and electric double oven, integrated fridge and freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and toaster.
- A full range of cooking utensils, crockery, glassware and cutlery is provided.
- Lodge 43 also has a Tassimo coffee machine.
- The kitchen is extended into the dining area to give more space.
Double Bedroom
- A double bed, dressed in quality bedding, awaits.
- With bedside lighting, bedside cupboards and wardrobe space there is everything you need for a great night’s sleep.
- This bedroom also has a smart TV.
- Please note this room contains the boiler in a locked cupboard.
Bathroom
- The main bathroom features a walk in shower, toilet and hand wash basin.
- Attention to detail includes a large heated towel rail, lit mirror, ample cupboard space for toiletries, integrated window blind, glass shower screen, an extractor fan and wet-wall throughout.
FIRST FLOOR
Open Plan Bedroom
- The stairs open directly into the open plan room.
- This spacious room comfortably sleeps four people in single beds.
- Each bed has access to a bedside cabinet and lamp.
- Easily storing suitcases and bags, this room also offers a chest of drawers for clothes and a TV.
- This room has its own personal balcony (with seating), offering fantastic views of the loch.
Double Bedroom
- A double bed with bedside tables, lamps and charging points.
- This bedroom is accessed via the open plan room.
- For added convenience this room also includes a chest of drawers and wardrobe mirror.
- This room boasts an ensuite with toilet, sink and step-up shower. Please note there is a small step into this shower. For convenience this room also has a large heated towel rail, extractor fan and backlit mirror.
Outside
There is parking for 2 cars directly outside the lodge (please don’t park on the grass!).
Accessibility
This property has a downstairs bedroom and downstairs bathroom with walk-in shower, which may be accessible for people with reduced mobility.
