- The spacious living and dining area invites you in. Comfortably seating 8 people with a dining table and comfortable sofas and chairs, TV, and DVD player, this room is great for families and groups alike.
- The living-dining area is carpeted.
- Lodge 45 boasts a large picture window to benefit from the views whatever the weather!
- The private balcony, with seating, is accessed via doors from the living area.
Kitchen
- A fully-equipped kitchen with:
- Gas hob and electric oven, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, built in microwave, kettle and toaster.
- A full range of cooking utensils, crockery, glassware and cutlery is provided.
- The kitchen maintains the original footprint for those who prefer to keep the kitchen and living areas more separated.

- A king bed, dressed in quality bedding, awaits.
- With bedside lighting, bedside cupboards, wardrobe space there is everything you need for a great night’s sleep.
- Please note this room contains the boiler in a locked cupboard.

Quad Bedroom:
- The stairs open directly into the open plan room.
- This spacious room comfortably sleeps 4 people in single beds. Each bed has its own bedside cabinet, and lamp.
- This room has its own balcony with seating, offering fantastic views of the loch.
Double Bedroom
- This bedroom is accessed via the open plan room.
- It boasts a double bed with bedside tables, lamps and charging points.
- This room boasts an ensuite with toilet and sink with a towel rail for convenience

There is parking for 2 cars directly outside the lodge (please don’t park on the grass slope!).
