Hallway
- With ample space for hanging coats and storing shoes; plus a cupboard containing useful amenities such as an ironing board and vacuum cleaner.
Living & Dining Area
- The spacious living and dining area invites you in. Comfortably seating 8 people with a dining table and comfortable sofas, Freeview TV, and DVD player, this room is great for families and groups alike and boasts a large picture window to benefit from the views whatever the weather!
- The private balcony, with seating, is accessed via doors from the living area.
Kitchen
- A fully-equipped kitchen with:
- gas hob and electric oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and toaster.
- A full range of cooking utensils, crockery, glassware and cutlery is provided.
- Additional space is created by an extended kitchen into the dining area.
Double Bedroom
- A double bed, dressed in quality bedding, awaits.
- With bedside lighting, bedside cupboards, wardrobe space there is everything you need for a great night’s sleep.
- Please note this room contains the boiler in a locked cupboard.
Bathroom
- The main bathroom features a thermostatic shower over the bath, toilet and hand wash basin.
- Attention to detail includes a large towel rail and glass shower screen
FIRST FLOOR
Open Plan Bedroom:
- The stairs open directly into the open plan room.
- This spacious room comfortably sleeps 4 people in single beds.
- Each bed has access to a bedside cabinet, lamp and charging point.
- This room has its own with seating, offering fantastic views of the park.
Front Bedroom
- This bedroom is accessed via the open plan room and offers a double bed with bedside tables, lamps and charging points.
- This room also boasts an ensuite with toilet, sink and step-up shower. Please note there is a small step into this shower. For convenience this room also has a towel rail.
Outside
There is parking for 2 cars directly outside the lodge (please don’t park on the grass!).
