- The spacious living and dining area invites you in. Comfortably seating 8 people with a dining table and comfortable sofas, Freeview TV and DVD player, kids games and DVDs, this room is great for families and groups alike. The living-dining area is carpeted.
- Boasts a large picture window to benefit from the views whatever the weather!
- The private balcony, with seating, is accessed via doors from the living area.

- A double bed, dressed in quality bedding awaits. With bedside lighting, bedside cupboards, wardrobe space there is everything you need for a great night’s sleep.
- This bedroom also has a TV.
- Please note this room contains the boiler in a locked cupboard.
- The main bathroom features a shower over the bath, toilet and hand wash basin.
- Attention to detail includes a lit mirror and wet-wall throughout.
- A window blind offers privacy. The room is heated by a small towel rail.

- The stairs (with Stargate) open directly into the open plan room.
- This spacious room comfortably sleeps 4 people in single beds. Each bed has its own bedside cabinet and lamp.
- Easily storing suitcases and bags, this room also offers a chest of drawers for clothes.
- This room has its own personal balcony (with seating), offering fantastic views of the park.
- This bedroom is accessed via the open plan room
- A double bed with bedside tables, lamps and charging points.
- For added convenience this room also includes a chest of drawers and TV.
- This room also boasts an ensuite with toilet, sink and step-up shower. Please note there is a small step into this shower.

Lodge 5 is set within Barend Holiday Village; a stunning 22 acre site, where you are welcome to wander through the grounds, play on the grass and observe the wildlife around the loch.
There is parking for 2 cars directly outside the lodge (please don’t park on the grass!).

At Barend Holiday Lodges we understand the importance of family time, but also how difficult it can be packing everything! That’s why our holiday homes offer plenty of amenities to make your life easier. This property has the following as standard:

All our holiday homes are privately owned, many of them by families, and they often come with books, toys and games to entertain everyone. The fibre broadband is fast enough to stream films and we have a great selection of DVDs in reception to borrow. If you’re looking for days out, check our page on family days out.
Change Over Notes
We welcome arrivals every day of the week at Barend (with a few exceptions around Christmas and New Year). Arrivals are from 4pm and we kindly request guests to depart by 10am in order for our cleaning team to get the cabins ready for the next guests. Thank you!
