- The spacious living and dining area invites you in. Comfortably seating 8 people with a dining table and comfortable sofas, Smart TV, and DVD player, this room is great for families and groups alike. The living-dining area is carpeted and boasts a large picture window to benefit from the views whatever the weather!
Kitchen
- A fully-equipped kitchen with:
- Gas hob and electric oven, integrated fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and toaster.
- A full range of cooking utensils, crockery, glassware and cutlery is provided.
- There is additional cupboard space, and nespresso coffee machine.
- The kitchen is extended into the dining area to give more space.
Double Bedroom
- A double bed dressed in quality bedding awaits. With bedside lighting, bedside cupboards, wardrobe space there is everything you need for a great night’s sleep.
- Please note this room contains the boiler in a locked cupboard.
Bathroom
- The main bathroom features a walk in shower, toilet and hand wash basin.
- Attention to detail includes a large towel rail, glass shower screen and wet-wall throughout.

- The stairs lead into a hallway, which leads off into 2 fully separated bedrooms.
Quad Bedroom (with balcony)
- The hallway leads to a cosy room with 4 single beds; this holiday home is great if you’d like a little more privacy than the open plan rooms because it is not open plan.
- Beds have access to bedside tables, lamps and charging points.
- This room has its own balcony with seating, offering fantastic views of the park.
Double Bedroom
- A double bed with bedside tables, lamps and charging points.
- This room also boasts an ensuite with toilet and shower. Please note there is a small step up into this shower. For convenience this room also has a towel rail and extractor fan.
Outside
Lodge 54 is set within Barend Holiday Village; a stunning 22 acre site, where you are welcome to wander through the grounds, play on the grass and observe the wildlife around the loch.
There is parking for 2 cars directly outside the lodge (please don’t park on the grass!).

At Barend Holiday Lodges we understand the importance of family time, but also how difficult it can be packing everything! That’s why our holiday homes offer plenty of amenities to make your life easier. This property has the following as standard:

All our holiday homes are privately owned, many of them by families, and they often come with books, toys and games to entertain everyone. Change Over Notes
We welcome arrivals every day of the week at Barend (with a few exceptions around Christmas and New Year). Arrivals are from 4pm and we kindly request guests to depart by 10am in order for our cleaning team to get the cabins ready for the next guests. Thank you!
