GROUND FLOOR
Hallway
- With ample space for hanging coats and storing shoes; plus a cupboard containing useful amenities such as an ironing board and vacuum cleaner. Lodge 55 also has an additional freezer here!
Dining Area
- The dining area comfortably seats 6, with ambient lighting, bench seats and convenient access to the kitchen.
Kitchen
- A fully-equipped kitchen with:
- Gas hob and electric oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and toaster.
- A full range of cooking utensils, crockery, glassware and cutlery is provided.
- The kitchen maintains the original layout with extra cupboard space in the dining area.
Ensuite King Bedroom
- A King bed, dressed in quality bedding await. With bedside lighting, easy-access charging points, bedside cupboards and TV, there is everything you need for a great night’s sleep.
- This bedroom boasts an ensuite shower room with window, and access to the balcony through bedroom sliding doors.
Twin Bedroom
- 2 single beds, dressed in quality bedding, with bedside lighting, bedside cupboards, wardrobe space, and TV.
- Please note this room contains the boiler in a locked cupboard.
Bathroom
- The main bathroom features a shower over the bath, toilet and hand wash basin.
- Attention to detail includes a large towel rail, glass shower screen and wet-wall throughout.
FIRST FLOOR
- The stairs open directly into the living room, with three comfy sofas, coffee table and large TV
- This room has its own balcony with seating, offering fantastic views of the park, and out towards the Solway.
Front Bedroom
- This bedroom is accessed via the living room
- A King size beds with bedside tables, lamps and charging points.
- This room also boasts an ensuite with toilet and sink.
- Lodge 55 has converted this bedroom wardrobe into a walk in shower. The clever use of space includes a small changing area, walk in shower and is accessed directly from the bedroom.
Outside
There is parking for 2 cars directly outside the lodge (please don’t park on the grass!).

Please note the broadband is copper in this lodge and unlikely to be fast enough to stream films, but we have a great selection of DVDs in reception to borrow.
