Living & Dining Area
- The spacious living and dining area invites you in. Comfortably seating 6 people with a dining table and comfortable sofas, large Smart TV and electric fireplace, this room is great for families and groups alike. The living-dining area is carpeted.
- The leather sofas are great if you have pets. Lodge 66 boasts a large picture window to benefit from the views whatever the weather!
- There is furniture and a picnic bench outside and a BBQ for guests use.
Kitchen
- A fully-equipped kitchen with:
- Electric hob and oven, fridge with ice compartment, dishwasher, microwave, air fryer, slow cooker, kettle and toaster.
- The property also benefits from having its own washing machine.
- A full range of cooking utensils, crockery, glassware and cutlery is provided.
- The kitchen maintains the original footprint for those who prefer to keep the kitchen and living areas more separated. The single storey cabins have larger kitchens than the double storey lodges.
- A separate fridge and a freezer is located in the cupboard outside the front door for your convenience.

- Two small single beds dressed in quality bedding await. With bedside lighting, chest of drawers and wardrobe space there is everything you need for a great night’s sleep.
Bathroom
- The main bathroom features a shower over bath, toilet and hand wash basin.
- Attention to detail includes a heated towel rail, mirror with shaver light, ample cupboard space for toiletries, glass shower screen and wet-wall throughout.
Larger Twin Bedroom
- Two single beds dressed in quality bedding await. With bedside lighting, chest of drawers and wardrobe space there is everything you need for a great night’s sleep.
King bedroom with Ensuite
- A king bed with bedside shelves, lamps and charging points.
- For added convenience this room also includes a chest of drawers and dressing table with stool.
- This bedroom benefits from an ensuite toilet and sink with hair dryer and lit vanity mirror.

There is a paved incline up to the lodge with level entry to the front door.
Lodge 66 is set within Barend Holiday Village; a stunning 22 acre site, where you are welcome to wander through the grounds, play on the grass and observe the wildlife around the loch.
There is parking for 2 cars directly outside the lodge (please don’t park on the grass!).

Change Over Notes
We welcome arrivals every day of the week at Barend (with a few exceptions around Christmas and New Year). Arrivals are from 4pm and we kindly request guests to depart by 10am in order for our cleaning team to get the cabins ready for the next guests. Thank you!
