- The spacious living and dining area invites you in. Comfortably seating 8 people with a dining table and comfortable sofas, Freeview TV, DVD player, kids games and DVDs this room is great for families and groups alike. The living-dining area is carpeted.
- Boasts a large picture window to benefit from the views whatever the weather!
- The private balcony, with seating, is accessed via doors from the living area.

- Attention to detail includes a towel rail, mirror, ample cupboard space for toiletries and glass shower screen.
- A window blind / shower curtain offer privacy and a small shelf offers space for toiletries. The room is heated by a radiator / small towel rail.

- This spacious room comfortably sleeps 4 people in single beds. Each bed has access to a bedside cabinet and lamp.
- Easily storing suitcases and bags, this room also offers a chest of drawers for clothes.
- This room has its own personal balcony (with seating), offering fantastic views of the park.
- This bedroom is accessed via the open plan room.
- A double bed with bedside tables and lamps.
- For added comfort this room also includes a chest of drawers, hairdryer and wardrobe.
- This room also boasts an ensuite with toilet, sink and step-up shower. Please note there is a small step into this shower.

Chelt de Joy is set within Barend Holiday Village; a stunning 22 acre site, where you are welcome to wander through the grounds, play on the grass and observe the wildlife around the loch.

There is a paved level entry with no steps up to the front door and a bike rack with space for up to 5 bikes.

At Barend Holiday Lodges we understand the importance of family time, but also how difficult it can be packing everything! That’s why our holiday homes offer plenty of amenities to make your life easier. This property has the following as standard:

All our holiday homes are privately owned, many of them by families, and they often come with books, toys and games to entertain everyone. Change Over Notes
We welcome arrivals every day of the week at Barend (with a few exceptions around Christmas and New Year). Arrivals are from 4pm and we kindly request guests to depart by 10am in order for our cleaning team to get the cabins ready for the next guests. Thank you!
