Living & Dining Area
- The spacious living and dining area invites you in. Comfortably seating 6 people with a dining table and comfortable sofas, Smart TV and electric fireplace, this room is great for families and groups alike. The living-dining area is freshly carpeted.
- A corner sofa makes excellent use of the space.
- Lodge 70 boasts a large picture window to benefit from the views whatever the weather!
- The private, veranda, with seating, is accessed via doors from the living area. It's fully enclosed, so perfect for dogs.
Kitchen
- A fully-equipped kitchen with:
- Electric hob and oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and toaster. A full range of cooking utensils, crockery, glassware and cutlery is provided. Additionally lodge 70 has a Dolce Gusto coffee machine.
- The kitchen maintains the original footprint for those who prefer to keep the kitchen and living areas more separated. The single-storey cabins have larger kitchens than the 2 storey lodges.
Twin Bedroom
- Two small single beds dressed in quality bedding await. With bedside lighting, bedside cupboard and wardrobe space there is everything you need for a great night’s sleep.
Bathroom
- The main bathroom features a shower over bath, toilet and hand wash basin.
- Attention to detail includes a heated towel rail, mirror with shaver light, ample cupboard space for toiletries, glass shower screen and wet-wall throughout.
Twin Bedroom (to rear of property)
- Two single beds with bedside tables, lamps and charging points.
- For added convenience this room also includes a chest of drawers, mirror and wardrobe.
Master bedroom with ensuite
- A double bed with king-size duvet, bedside tables, lamps and charging points.
- For added convenience this room also includes a chest of drawers, wardrobe and wall-mounted TV.
- Lodge 70 has added an ensuite with walk in shower, toilet and sink. This room benefits from a large obscured glass window, lit mirror and large heated towel rail.
Outside
Lodge 70 is set within Barend Holiday Village; a stunning 22 acre site, where you are welcome to wander through the grounds, play on the grass and observe the wildlife around the loch.

This lodge benefits from being single storey; there are two twin bedrooms and a double bedroom on the ground floor. There are two bathrooms on the ground floor; one has a bath and one has a walk in shower.
There are 3 steps to the front of the property and two steps to the rear to gain access.

Family Friendly Amenities
At Barend Holiday Lodges we understand the importance of family time, but also how difficult it can be packing everything! That’s why our holiday homes offer plenty of amenities to make your life easier. This property has the following as standard:

All our holiday homes are privately owned, many of them by families, and they often come with books, toys and games to entertain everyone. Change Over Notes
We welcome arrivals every day of the week at Barend (with a few exceptions around Christmas and New Year). Arrivals are from 4pm and we kindly request guests to depart by 10am in order for our cleaning team to get the cabins ready for the next guests. Thank you!
