£400 raised for Earthquake support

Thank you to all our generous guests; we’ve raised £400 to support those affected by the recent earthquake in Turkey and Syria.

Barend Holiday Lodges donated all profits from bookings made on 19th February.  The Beagle Country Pub put all proceeds from recent pub quizzes into the fundraising.  Customers also donated into our charity pot in the pub.  The totals of these contributions came to just under £200.  As promised, the Beagle Country Pub and Barend Holiday Lodges has then matched all donations and rounded it up to £400.

Earthquake Support Donations

Donations will be made the to White Helmets, who are supporting victims and survivors in Syria, an area that has been hard for support to reach.
