Low Occupancy Discount

For 2024 we have tweaked our pricing model and brought in a low occupancy discount.  The full lodge prices are based on maximum occupancy; once you select the number of guests, the price will reduce accordingly.  The low occupancy discount will apply at all times of the year and will vary depending on the season and length of stay.

During peak periods such as New Year, the low occupancy discount won’t be available.  This is because the larger lodges are very popular at this time and we want to ensure they remain available for larger groups.  Smaller groups will find plenty of options in our lower-occupancy lodges, cabins and cottages.

The low occupancy discount has replaced the previous “Couple’s Discount”.  At certain times of the year there is still a larger discount for 1 or 2 guests staying in a lodge or cabin.

(Please note that there is a minimum price for the lodges.  If the discount takes the price below the threshold, the threshold price will apply.  This generally occurs during short stays in the lowest pricing periods).
